The Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment is FREE OF CHARGE to all Mason students, faculty and staff as part of the Well-Being University Initiative to make Mason a model well-being university. StrengthsFinder is a discovery tool to help participants identify their top five strengths along with innovative ways to use them in everyday life. Come to one of our Strengths Info Sessions on March 20th or April 3rd at 4 PM in The HUB!

StrengthsFinder is a discovery tool to help participants identify their top five strengths along with innovative ways to use them in everyday life. By focusing on strengths, participants will learn what they are best at doing and how to leverage these strengths. Gallup research shows that people who use their strengths tend to perform better and are more engaged.

Once participants have taken the assessment, they can use the software to design action plans, access resources, and create groups to share their strengths with others. This info session will bring this assessment to life through strength application and goal setting. Come and learn about the background, psychology, and application of strengths.
