Spring Into Well-Being Calendar of Events
Please join us for one of the many (over 100!) well-being events happening across Mason that are part of this year’s Spring into Well-Being celebration.
Spring into Well-Being (SIWB) celebrates the Mason community’s commitment to well-being by highlighting awareness and educational programs and events hosted by units, departments, and student organizations across the University. Together they help support Mason’s strategic goal of becoming a well-being university.
This year’s Spring Into Well-Being programming runs from Monday, March 20 – Friday, April 28.

Putting Strengths to Use
April 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Come learn more about how you can use Strengths with others on April 19 from 10-11:30am. In this workshop, we will cover using Strengths in teams, coaching students or colleagues, and other ways to engage groups in Strengths-based conversations. Prior to attending the workshop, you will need to take the Clifton Strengths assessment at strengths.gmu.edu if you haven’t already done so.
